TVF Arts
Education Partnerships Manager

This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding and unique organisation, the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI).
Described by the Guardian as 'the return to big thinking' and by Total Politics as 'Europe's answer to TED', the IAI puts on events throughout the year, including HowTheLightGetsIn, now the world's largest music and philosophy festival, and provides IAI.tv - a fast growing educational platform bringing big ideas to a global audience via cutting edge debates and talks involving the world's leading thinkers, politicians, scientists and artists.
Access to IAI.tv is currently provided via subscription direct to consumers as well as universities and schools across the globe. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to expand access to IAI content through partnerships with universities and other educational institutions. As an Educational Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales activity of the team as well as directly leading outreach to universities, initiating subscription trials, and converting these into long-term relationships. The role also involves identifying opportunities to create maximum value from our content by aligning it with specific courses and student needs. In addition to developing new partnerships, you will also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing subscription partners.
An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the education market originating sales and/or partnerships with a track record of success. Experience managing a team is an advantage. With a commercial mind-set you will be ambitious, goal-oriented, and have the force of personality, charm and charisma to make things happen. You will have a keen and lively interest in the IAI’s content and events programmes and will utilise your experience to grow and develop our presence within the educational market. All candidates will need to have a strong educational background (min. 2.1) from a top university.
At TVF Media, we are focused on supporting your career progression and wellbeing. In joining our team, you will also become eligible for our range of benefits, including our pension scheme, private healthcare insurance cashback scheme, hybrid working, Cycle to Work, frequent company socials and biannual parties, gym and HowTheLightGetsIn festival ticket discounts, and more!
We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and actively support and encourage people from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets to join us and help shape what we do.
